Positive Aspects of the Samsung Infuse 4G

Screen: Thanks to the fact that the Samsung Infuse 4G uses Super AMOLED Plus technology, this screen looks vibrant and impressive. It's even easier than standard smartphones to read in a variety of lighting conditions such as bright sunlight. On top of this, it's 4.5 inches in size. What this means is that there's more space for you to use your apps with ease, or to type up emails if you need to. Every bit of extra space helps on a device as small as a smartphone.

Processor: This phone does not come with a dual core processor, but it does come with a processor that will beat most of its other competitors. At 1.2 GHz, it means that the phone will work quickly, and that you'll be able to load up a number of apps at the same time if you want to.

Battery: The battery life on the Samsung Infuse 4G is impressive, given that many 4G phones on the market tend to use up battery quicker. 8 hours is above average from the top selling smartphones, and you'll get 400 hours out of it when you leave it on standby. This should be enough for most people.

4G Connectivity: One of the great things about the Samsung Infuse 4G is that it will allow you to connect to AT&T's 4G mobile broadband network. When you do, you'll be able to download things a lot faster than on traditional 3G. In fact, AT&T state that you should be able to achieve an average of 6Mbps.

Remember, 4G is a relatively new technology and as such is not yet available everywhere. You should always check what the AT&T 4G coverage is like in your area before you buy based on the inclusion of 4G alone. If you can't use 4G, you'll still be able to connect to the 3G network.

Camera: At 8 megapixels, the Samsung Infuse 4G's camera is one of the best you can get on a current smartphone. It takes great quality shots, which is helped by additional features such as blink detection, anti-shake and many photo effects. You can also record videos in 720p HD quality.

TouchWiz: The Samsung Infuse 4G makes use of a skin over the top of Android. People aren't always happy to hear that the interface has been altered, however the TouchWiz interface helps to make Android easier to use for the vast majority of buyers. One extra features it adds is the ability to view all your homescreens as thumbnails, making it easier to access what you need to on the device.

Storage: There's 16GB storage space on the Samsung Infuse 4G when you buy it, which is a good amount for plenty of apps, MP3s and movie files. However, if you find yourself filling it up fast then you can always add more space in the future with the addition of a 32GB memory card. Having a memory slot is always a good option if you're not sure how much space you need.

Size: The large screen on the Samsung Infuse 4G does of course mean that the body of the phone is bigger than some others. However, it's still sleek thanks to the fact that it's one of the thinnest and most portable phones you can get.

Negative Aspects of the Samsung Infuse 4G

Call Quality: Some users have complained that the volume on calls isn't the best, and that you may have to turn it up quite loud to hear things clearly. This is most noticeable when you're using the speakerphone. Thankfully, call quality is quite good apart from this issue.

Price: This phone is one of the more expensive in the smartphone world, but it could be worth it given the excellent quality screen and the fact that it can connect to the 4G network.

Screen: Yes, the screen really is a good thing about this device, but there's just one small niggle. That's the fact that the resolution is only 800x480, which means things can look a little stretched and pixelated.

Is The Samsung Infuse 4G The Right Smartphone For You?

The Samsung Infuse 4G is certainly a phone that has many excellent qualities. It's a good choice for anyone specifically looking for 4G, or even people who just want a phone with a good battery life or a high quality camera!
